Vince left, no TP. Unfortunately, that is not definitive though. He could have just been #1.

Perfect Storm

Just left the restroom from my normal morning pee break. Completely empty restroom and no TP. As I was leaving Vince walked by on his way in. He could be the culprit. I haven't seen him walk back by yet so it is very likely #2.
